Job Summary:
We are hiring passionate and result-driven Recruiters (Full-time & Freelance) to manage end-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT, and Blue Collar roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using job portals and sourcing techniques to close positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate fitment
- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth closure
- Maintain candidate database and trackers
- Work on multiple roles simultaneously with defined timelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment (IT, Non-IT, and Blue Collar hiring)
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
For Full-Time Recruiters (2 Positions):
- Work closely with internal team and clients
- Meet daily/weekly hiring targets
- Maintain reports and recruitment trackers
- Fixed salary + performance incentives
For Freelance Recruiters (8 Positions):
- Work remotely and manage your own time
- Payout on per closure basis
