Role Description

We are seeking a Recruiter for PwD positions to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring talented individuals with disabilities for client organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, collaborating with clients to understand hiring needs, and facilitating an inclusive recruitment process. The Recruiter will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding process and foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially with a focus on diversity and inclusion or PwD hiring
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques using ATS systems, job boards, and social media platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine passion for creating inclusive work environments
• Experience working with clients from diverse industries and geographies is a plus
