This is a project based opportunity for Freelancers/Independent Consultants.

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with 10+ years of experience to manage end-to-end hiring, primarily across non-tech and mid-to-senior leadership roles.

The ideal candidate should preferably have experience in an industrial/manufacturing organizations and be comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders in a high-intensity, ownership-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior and leadership positions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Source and engage high-quality passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, negotiations and offer closures.
• Build talent pipelines and conduct market mapping for critical roles.
• Drive multiple mandates simultaneously with strong focus on speed and quality.
• Provide regular hiring updates and maintain recruitment data.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills Required

• 10+ years of recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in non-tech hiring.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing hiring preferred.
• Proven track record in mid-to-senior leadership hiring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
