About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Matcher (recruiter) to oversee the end-to-end recruitment delivery process for both technical and non-technical roles on the customer side at Turing. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, talent planning, capacity management, and optimizing internal supply chains, while also activating external sourcing channels when necessary. This role requires a highly organized individual who thrives in dynamic environments, possesses excellent stakeholder management skills, and has a proven track record in client hiring setups. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless fulfillment of talent requirements, aligning recruitment strategies with client expectations, and maintaining efficient communication across teams.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 10 years of experience in talent operations, recruitment delivery, or resource planning within IT services, outsourcing, or global staffing environments. Proven experience managing client-side hiring processes and capacity planning is essential. Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) for tracking and reporting is beneficial. Strong data analysis skills are required to extract insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this role. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment, with experience working across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Internal Delivery and Talent Fulfillment teams for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process for multiple client requirements simultaneously, typically handling 3–4 requisitions at a time.
  • Activate external sourcing channels, including partnerships or talent acquisition teams, when internal supply is insufficient to meet hiring demands.
  • Oversee resource planning and capacity management, ensuring timely ramp-up and deployment of talent for customer-side roles.
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery Leads to understand project requirements, role specifications, and talent expectations.
  • Maintain data accuracy and visibility across recruitment systems, generating reports on hiring pipelines, fulfillment progress, and key performance metrics.
  • Track and report on fulfillment metrics such as fill rates, turnaround times, and candidate quality to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Partner with sourcing and recruiting teams to enhance process efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and increase hiring velocity.
  • Provide proactive stakeholder communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on timelines, candidate quality, and hiring strategies.
