Role Description The Recruiter role at Farsight Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad Sector 79 World Street. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. This role will involve maintaining talent pipelines, managing job postings, and supporting recruitment campaigns aligned with business needs. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with HR and department leaders to understand role requirements, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support onboarding activities for new hires.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and professional networking tools (such as LinkedIn) for effective talent acquisition.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates professionally.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Understanding of HR best practices, local employment regulations, and structured hiring processes; experience in tech or HR solutions companies is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance workplace.
