HR Recruiter – Education / School

Location: Thane, Maharashtra | Full-Time | On-site

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our education team in Thane. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff for our school and education institute.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions
• Hire Teachers, Coordinators, Academic Staff, Admin, Front Office, HR, and Support Staff
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, databases, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews, demo classes, feedback, and candidate follow-ups
• Manage offer discussions and drive candidate closure and joining
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified teaching and non-teaching candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
• Work closely with school leadership and department heads to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience
• Mandatory: Experience in education/school recruitment
• Hands-on experience hiring teaching and non-teaching staff
• Strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate closure skills
• Good communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously

Preferred

• Candidates based in Thane/Mumbai or nearby areas
• Experience recruiting for schools, colleges, EdTech, or education institutions
• Strong teacher recruitment network and candidate database
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period
