About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter to join Jalsa Ventures Private Limited in Noida.

Jalsa Ventures is behind Cambridge Montessori Pre School, one of India's rapidly expanding preschool networks, with over 700 franchise signups and more than 275 operational branches across the country.

As we continue expanding the Cambridge Montessori network across India, we are strengthening our franchise sales teams to support this growth.

If you are a go-getter who excels at closing positions and knows how to hunt top-tier sales talent, this role is for you. Your primary focus will be scaling our Education Franchise Sales teams, recruiting professionals who will engage with entrepreneurs and investors and help establish new Cambridge Montessori centres across India.

What You Will Do

• Source aggressive sales talent through LinkedIn, job boards, cold calling, and headhunting.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to final offer rollout.
• Understand franchise sales profiles to map and attract candidates who can drive business growth.
• Recruit talent capable of handling business development, franchise sales, client relationships, negotiations and franchise closures.
• Build strong talent pipelines to meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain candidate momentum to ensure low drop-out rates in the sales pipeline.
• Work closely with leadership and business teams to understand evolving hiring requirements as the Cambridge Montessori network expands.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven success as a Recruiter, ideally hiring for Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Education/Franchise models.

Mindset: A relentless go-getter who treats recruitment like sales and loves hitting targets.

Skills: Expert screening, headhunting, and candidate persuasion skills.

Tools: Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.

Experience recruiting candidates from education, preschool, B2B, franchising or EdTech backgrounds will be highly valued.
