Position: Recruiter (Contractor)

Role Description

This role is a contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners.

  • Location: Bangalore (Hybrid 3 days working from office)
  • Shift timings: 8 pm IST - 8 am IST
  • Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

Role Overview

This is a 12-month contract assignment based in Bangalore, India, utilizing a hybrid work structure (3 days per week in-office, Graveyard shift). The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical contractor positions across the US and Latin America (LATAM) regions to support the expansion of the Direct Sourcing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake, scheduling, offer to onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other regional channels.
  • Regional Expertise: Oversee hiring efforts specifically for US region, maintaining a deep understanding of local market dynamics and candidate expectations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate closely with hiring managers and global teams to ensure a smooth interview process and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain regional talent pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of candidates for open requisitions.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to provide leadership with progress updates and insights.

Skills

Required Experience and Skills

  • Recruitment Background: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically for contract positions in a multinational environment.
  • Regional Knowledge: Proven track record of working with hiring teams and understanding talent markets in the USA.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skill in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets and calendar).
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with DirectSourcing strategies, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), or Managed Service Provider (MSP) settings.
