We're looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring at AppLaunchpad, helping us attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent while shaping a strong and people-first hiring experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and update job descriptions aligned with hiring needs
- Screen and shortlist resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, and in-person formats
- Prepare, administer, and evaluate assignments, including numerical, language, and logical reasoning assessments
- Draft and send job offer communications and address candidate questions related to compensation and benefits
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements
- Support new hires throughout the onboarding process and act as a trusted point of contact
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good judgment with the ability to make informed hiring decisions
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
