What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (360 hiring lifecycle) for entry to mid-level roles
- Source candidates using innovative channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals)
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Build talent pipelines for niche and critical skill sets
- Track and manage recruitment data using ATS/tools
- Bring creative ideas to improve sourcing strategies and employer branding
What We're Looking For
- Fresh Graduate (any discipline; HR/Business preferred)
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR
- Good understanding of 360 recruitment lifecycle (academic/project exposure is fine)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in tools like LinkedIn, job portals, or sourcing platforms
- Ability to think out of the box and bring fresh ideas
- High ownership, eagerness to learn, and a go-getter attitude
- Must be available to join immediately
