As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, and helping build a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for talent, and a passion for connecting with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Source and identify candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job specifications.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Management:
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process and provide timely feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Job Postings & Advertisements:
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate, appealing job listings.
- Interview Coordination & Scheduling:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and brief hiring managers on candidate backgrounds.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate communications, interview schedules, and hiring processes.
- Prepare and share reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Assist in developing and refining recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and hiring managers.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail in screening and assessing candidates.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills for salary discussions and offer letters.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles (IT, non-IT, technical, etc.).
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
