Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment across various locations.
• Understand hiring requirements and source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field sourcing.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate for technical/managerial rounds.
• Handle bulk hiring, walk-ins, and job drives at colleges or field recruitment sites.
• Maintain accurate documentation, tracker updates, and MIS reports for daily hiring progress.
• Coordinate with HR operations for offer rollout and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future requirements.
• Ensure target fulfillment within the TAT and maintain quality hiring standards.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR is an added advantage.
• 13 years of relevant experience in FOS or frontline hiring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong networking and field sourcing capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment tools (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.).
