Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment supporting Fortune 1000 clients throughout North America.
  • Screen and assess candidates via phone and video for job qualifications, work experience, technical skills, and compensation requirements.
  • Conduct in depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess the appropriate skill set and competencies of a candidate.
  • Effectively negotiate with candidates regarding compensation requirements during the screening/assessment process
  • Organize and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Track all candidate activity and updates in internal tracking system.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with contractors (hired workers) through ongoing communication, addressing assignment related questions.
  • Meet and maintain daily and weekly performance metrics, including call volume and candidate submission quotas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum education required).
  • Prior customer service, client facing, or call center experience handling high volume calls and building rapport with diverse audiences (required).
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Demonstrated ability to protect confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must be able to work standard U.S. Eastern business hours (locally in Hyderabad).
  • Experience supporting U.S./U.K. clientele (desired).

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX)
