APRIDEN PRIVATE LIMITED is expanding its recruitment team for active India and North America / USA requirements, including upcoming weekend interview drives.

We are hiring under 3 models:

1. ON-SITE – CHINCHWAD, PUNE

Employee | Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives

Surya Park, Sector 16, Chinchwad, Pune – 411019

• India or USA Recruitment
• Minimum expectation: 2 quality client-ready submissions/day
• Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred

2. HYBRID – PUNE

Employee | Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives

For experienced recruiters who can work independently and consistently meet APRIDEN delivery standards.

• Minimum expectation: 2 quality client-ready submissions/day
• Performance measured across submissions, interviews, offers and joins

3. 100% REMOTE – INDEPENDENT RECRUITMENT PARTNER

Not a fixed-salary remote employee role.

Designed for experienced recruiters who prefer to work independently and earn based on measurable results.

Indicative earnings:

• ₹150 per Accepted Quality Client Submission
• ₹500 per attended client interview
• 20%–35% share of applicable APRIDEN collected recruitment fee on successful placements
• Target: 10+ accepted quality submissions/week

Sending a resume alone does not qualify. Profiles must be properly screened for skills, compensation, notice period, location/work mode, candidate interest, budget and duplicate status.

We need recruiters experienced in:

India Staffing: IT / Technology / Permanent / GCC Hiring

USA Staffing: US IT Recruitment, W2/FTE (NO C2C), work authorization screening and candidate management

We have active requirements now and need recruiters who can start delivering immediately.
