Position: Recruiter (Diversified Hiring)

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries, including IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Pharma, Healthcare, Logistics, BFSI, EPC, Engineering, Corporate Functions, and more

Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and database search

Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements

Coordinate interviews and manage the complete hiring lifecycle until successful onboarding

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs

Work on multiple client mandates simultaneously while ensuring timely closures

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and MIS reports

What We're Looking For

1–5+ years of recruitment experience (consultancy/staffing experience preferred)

Exposure to hiring across multiple industries and functional domains

Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple positions with speed and quality

Excellent communication, ownership, and a target-driven mindset

Recruiters with multi-industry hiring experience will be preferred
