Job Description:

Amulya Services is looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter (Fresher) who wants to build a career in recruitment consulting. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews with client companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client job requirements and hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate profiles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and closures.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
