Recruiter/Account Support (Hitech City)

Job Description

itD is seeking a Recruiter to support US-based hiring across high tech and enterprise clients. This role is responsible for sourcing qualified talent, managing the full recruiting process, and ensuring a consistent, positive experience for candidates and internal partners. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, is comfortable engaging with English-speaking talent, and has experience recruiting for technical roles in the US market. In addition to core recruiting responsibilities, this position will support account operations by entering and updating job openings, maintaining accurate candidate information, formatting resumes for submission, coordinating interviews, and managing scheduling and follow-through.

This long-term full-time opportunity is hybrid in the Hitech City area of Hyderabad, with onsite work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for a broad range of technical and non-technical roles across the US and India.
• Support key stages of the recruitment process, including outreach, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-through.
• Communicate effectively with English-speaking candidates and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Keep the applicant tracking system updated with accurate, real-time information.
• Assist with account operations by entering and updating job openings, maintaining clean candidate data, and formatting resumes for submission.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand role requirements and support aligned, high-quality candidate delivery.

Required qualifications and skills

• Two or more years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging English-speaking candidates.
• Familiarity with recruiting for US-based high tech roles and environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple openings, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfort handling administrative and coordination work to support overall account operations.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles and interpreting technical job requirements.
• Experience supporting US-based clients.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Background in consulting environments.
• Greenhouse ATS experience preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
