Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recovery Officer role based in Saraswati Vihar, Delhi. As a Recovery Officer, you will focus on ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding dues. Daily responsibilities include debt collection, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, assessing financial data, and coordinating with customers to negotiate payment terms while adhering to company policies and legal frameworks. You will act as a liaison between the company and customers to achieve financial resolutions and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve disputes
• Proficiency in Debt Collection processes and techniques
• Well-developed Analytical Skills and a strong understanding of financial principles
• Experience in Finance or relevant educational background
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities to ensure positive interactions with clients
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and debt recovery processes is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage time effectively
