Role Description

This is a full-time on-field role for a Recovery Field Executive based in Chennai, India. The Recovery Field Executive will handle the end-to-end recovery process, ensuring timely resolution of overdue accounts and maintaining professionalism during interactions with customers. Responsibilities include reaching out to customers for payment follow-ups, negotiating payment plans, coordinating with the internal team for updates, and preparing recovery reports. The role also involves identifying and resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recovery processes, finance, and debt management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically
• Basic reporting skills and the ability to analyze data effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple accounts simultaneously with efficiency
• Proficiency in regional languages and familiarity with the Chennai region is a must
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree or relevant fieldwork experience in Credit/Loan Recovery
