Recovery Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recovery Executive located in the Mohali district. The Recovery Executive will be responsible for managing collections, resolving customer payment issues, negotiating payment terms, and maintaining accurate records of recovery activities. The role includes ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, tracking account statuses, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve recovery targets.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with customers and resolve payment issues
• Basic understanding of financial principles and ability to analyze account details
• Proficiency in record-keeping and maintaining accuracy in documentation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Familiarity with financial software or tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adapt to on-site work requirements
