This is a full-time, on-site Debt Collector role based in Gurgaon. The Debt Collector will handle outbound and inbound communication with clients to recover outstanding balances while ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include negotiating repayment plans, maintaining accurate payment records, collaborating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service to resolve payment queries. The role requires professionalism, persistence, and a detail-oriented approach to meet collection goals efficiently.

• Proven expertise in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
• Strong Communication skills, including negotiation and listening abilities
• Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy for managing digital records and CRM tools
• Knowledge of Finance principles, with an understanding of payment processing systems
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and maintain client relations
• Relevant work experience in debt recovery and customer service (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is a plus
