Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai, India, for a position focused on Recovery in Affordable Home Finance at Mahindra Home Finance. The role involves managing and facilitating recovery processes for clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure loans are serviced on time, and addressing challenges related to the home finance recovery process. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, conduct field visits, and provide training and support tailored to recovery operations while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Recovery-related roles, with knowledge in areas such as Addiction Recovery and Insurance
- Proficiency in Training and mentoring others, particularly in recovery-related operations
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage challenging situations effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain, such as Finance, Social Work, or Business Administration, is preferred
- Prior experience in housing finance, especially in recovery or fieldwork, will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of the affordable housing finance sector and familiarity with loan products and processes is desirable
