Role Description

This is an on-site contract role based in Hyderabad for a Records Assistant. The primary responsibilities include organizing and maintaining aviation technical records, managing document filing and digitization, conducting quality checks on records, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. The Records Assistant will also coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to handle records requests and provide exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Records Management and Document Management
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Clerical Skills, including organization, filing, and documentation
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
  • Prior experience in aviation, asset management, or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is preferred
