Record To Report Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Record to Report (R2R) process including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and internal policies
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for management review
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accounting and financial processes
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Oversee US accounting activities and ensure timely completion of reporting deliverables
• Assist with audits and respond to queries from internal and external auditors
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
