Record to Report (R2R) Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Record to Report (R2R) Consultants with 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in R2R processes, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes.

* Perform general ledger accounting and journal entries.

* Manage account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.

* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

* Assist with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements.

* Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations.

* Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

* Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of financial activities.

Key Requirements:

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes.

* Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal entries.

* Experience in account reconciliations and month-end closing.

* Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.

* Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Willingness to work night shifts.

* Must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office 5 days a week.
