What are we looking for 1. Good Analytical Skill 2. Good Communication Skill 3. Advance Excel knowledge 4. Skill in identifying operational inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions Prior experience in SAP and Insurance Industries.
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Suspense Account Management Clearing suspense entries and ensuring timely resolution. 2. Actioning Open Items Proactively following up to close outstanding issues and tasks. 3. Payment Processing Executing stop/void checks and EFTs based on received requests. 4. Management Reporting Preparing and updating trackers accurately for leadership review.
