What would you do You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. It is essential for financial transparency and accountability. keyword includes:-(Fixed asset,Amortization,Depreciation,Accruals,Finacial Consolidation,Account recon/ bank,Treasury,Finanacial reporting standard'financial analysis,SOX) A type of general ledger account which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts. What are we looking for General Ledgers Accounting:

  • Journal Entries: Ability to prepare, post, and analyze journal entries.
  • Month-End Close Process: Experience in performing monthly close tasks (e.g., fixed asset, prepaids, accruals, intercompany accounts).
  • Reconciliations: Proficiency in balancing accounts, specifically bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Understanding the preparation of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  • Double-Double-Entry Bookkeeping: Solid understanding of how to record financial transactions, including debiting and crediting appropriate accounts.
  • GAAP/IFRS Knowledge: Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to ensure compliance.
  • Accrual Accounting: Understanding cash vs. accrual accounting methods, as well as posting accruals (revenues/expenses).
  • Chart of Accounts: Familiarity with account classification (Assets, Liabilities, Equity, Revenue, Expenses To maintain the integrity of financial records by recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions to produce accurate, timely financial statements. They ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS, manage the month-end close process, reconcile accounts, and support audit requirements Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sound Knowledge of ERP tools ( SAP is an added advantage ) and Reconciliation tools ( Blackline is an added advantage ).
