Reconciliation Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy:

• Deliver best-in-class operational services to clients and internal partners.
• Support and maintain strong operational relationships across the Operations business.
• Engage with external stakeholders to maintain and improve service standards.
• Ensure collaborative engagement globally to foster positive working relationships.

Reconciliation & Processing:

• Produce high-quality reconciliation outputs daily.
• Manage data loads and resolve load failures.
• Perform manual matching of exceptions.
• Conduct initial investigation of exceptions and allocate to correct business owners.
• Ensure timely and accurate narration updates for breaks.
• Liaise with all business areas to resolve exceptions promptly.
• Ensure service delivery meets corporate client KPIs.

Risk & Compliance:

• Complete personal risk management activities including Control Attestation, Risk Event, and Breach Reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting with focus on quality and prevention.
• Maintain compliance with all risk and control policies.

People & Culture:

• Maintain and complete all mandatory training requirements.
• Encourage a culture of collaboration, openness, and ethical decision-making.
• Support FNZ culture, conduct standards, and team engagement initiatives.

Experience Required:

• Reconciliation and financial accounts experience preferred.
• Understanding of risk and compliance policies in financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
