Cardea Medical Coding Training Centre, a premier institute for Medical Coding and Healthcare Training, is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and dynamic individual to handle both telecalling and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and counsel prospective students about medical coding and billing courses.
  • Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Schedule appointments and manage enrollment documentation.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
  • Assist faculty and administration with day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads and student interactions in the database.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada/local language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, front desk, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required Qualification

  • Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
