Cardea Medical Coding Training Centre, a premier institute for Medical Coding and Healthcare Training, is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and dynamic individual to handle both telecalling and front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and counsel prospective students about medical coding and billing courses.
- Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage enrollment documentation.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
- Assist faculty and administration with day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and student interactions in the database.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada/local language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, front desk, or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Required Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
