Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in New Delhi. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, and performing general clerical duties such as maintaining records and scheduling appointments. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a welcoming front desk environment, effectively addressing customer inquiries, and supporting office activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and professionalism in managing incoming and outgoing calls
• Experience in Receptionist Duties, including visitor handling, appointment scheduling, and front desk management
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as document organization, record-keeping, and data entry
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, teams, and vendors
• Customer Service skills to provide a friendly and helpful experience for visitors and callers
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with office software and email systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the real estate industry is advantageous
