Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist and tele sales role based in Vijayawada East. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing basic information about VK Tours services. Daily tasks include managing the front desk area, handling appointment scheduling, maintaining records, and supporting routine clerical and administrative activities. The role also involves coordinating with tour consultants, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients, and promptly escalating issues to relevant team members when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
• Front desk and administrative capabilities, including Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills.
• Professional phone handling skills, including Phone Etiquette for answering, routing, and recording calls.
• Basic computer literacy (email, office applications) and comfort with maintaining digital and paper records.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Vijayawada East, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role in travel, hospitality, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and local languages, with a polite and clear communication style.
