Job Summary
We are looking for a well-presented and organized Receptionist cum Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing front-desk operations along with providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain the visitor log.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist during meetings when required.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and facility management.
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
- Support HR/Admin tasks such as attendance coordination, employee communication, and onboarding support.
- Assist in travel arrangements, reimbursements, and bill tracking as required.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the reception and office area.
