Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, greeting visitors, and providing customer service to ensure a positive visitor experience. The role also includes maintaining records, performing clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting administrative operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and managing Receptionist Duties
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and organizational tasks
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

Salary

  • 28,000/- take home salary
