Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
- Handle all incoming calls through the EPABX system, including screening, transferring, and taking messages
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper entry/exit procedures are followed
- Manage front desk operations efficiently and ensure a smooth flow of communication
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling appointments
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, mail, and deliveries
- Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist internal teams with coordination and communication tasks as required
- Handle visitor or caller queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Monitor and maintain call records and reports
- Support facility or admin-related tasks when needed

Technical
- EPABX System Handling: Ability to operate EPABX, route calls, and manage call logs efficiently
- Telephone Etiquette: Professional call handling, screening, and message-taking
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication
- Data & Record Management: Maintaining visitor registers, call logs, and documentation accurately
- Scheduling & Coordination: Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating appointments
