Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls through the EPABX system and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the visitor register and reception records.
- Provide basic information and guidance to visitors, students, and staff.
- Coordinate with departments for appointments, meetings, and visitor management.
- Manage courier, mail distribution, and official correspondence.
- Assist in general administrative tasks and documentation when required.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized statutory university.
Professional Certifications
- Certification in office administration, front office management, or customer service is desirable but not mandatory.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, or 3 years of administrative experience in a comparable capacity
Skills And Competencies
- Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with technology.
- Hands-on experience with EPABX systems and telephone operations is preferred.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
