Job Summary
We are hiring a professional and courteous Receptionist for one of India's leading hospitals. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring smooth front-desk operations and excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a polite and professional manner.
Handle patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and basic billing coordination.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain front desk records, registers, and necessary documentation.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Manage queries and provide accurate information regarding hospital services.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Management Systems preferred).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a hospital or diagnostic centre will be an added advantage.
