Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Receptionist Sales professional for a full-time, on-site position at our Andheri office. The receptionist will manage front-desk responsibilities, answer and direct calls, assist visitors, and perform clerical tasks. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales queries, and ensuring seamless communication between departments and clients. The ideal candidate will maintain professionalism and uphold a welcoming environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to manage scheduling, greeting visitors, and managing communication effectively.
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records with attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication, Sales and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role is advantageous.
