We are looking for aReceptionist and result-oriented Tele-callerto handle walk-ins, incoming and outgoing calls, qualify leads, and book counselling appointments. This role is purely performance-driven and requires discipline, consistency, and clear communication.

Reporting To:Admission Counsellor / Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and clients, providing information about about our services ensuring a welcome environment.
- Managing, transferring and directing incoming calls to sales team leads on adaily basis
- Clearly explain basic information about aviation courses (script will be provided)
- Filter serious leadsand schedule appointments for the Admission Counsellor
- Maintain proper call logs and lead status updates
- Follow up with interested leads as instructed
- Coordinate with the counsellor for smooth handover of qualified leads
Daily Expectations:
- Calling assigned leads without delay
- Timely follow-ups (no skipped leads)
- Clear and polite communication
- End-of-day reporting (calls made, interested leads, follow-ups scheduled)
Skills Required:
- Good spoken Hindi (English is a plus)
- Confidence on calls
- Ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
- Basic understanding of sales conversations
- Willingness to work with targets and reporting
Performance Metrics:
- Number of calls made per day
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Appointment bookings
- Lead follow-up discipline
