Job Purpose:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and organized front-desk experience. Provide administrative support to the office and maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, guest and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person/department.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visiting ID cards and appointment schedules.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry and record maintenance.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to maintain office decorum and safety.
- Handle queries and delivery services efficiently.
- Assist in basic office administration as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 25 years of experience in a receptionist or front-office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment
