Job Description

Job Purpose:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and organized front-desk experience. Provide administrative support to the office and maintain smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, guest and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person/department.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visiting ID cards and appointment schedules.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry and record maintenance.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to maintain office decorum and safety.
  • Handle queries and delivery services efficiently.
  • Assist in basic office administration as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 25 years of experience in a receptionist or front-office role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment
