Receptionist
Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. (JLL) is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact, creating a positive and professional impression for all visitors and callers. This role is essential for managing front-office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless communication within our office environment.
What this job involves
Visitor and Call Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel valued and directing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Administrative and Office Support
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail.
- Assist with clerical duties such like filing, photocopying, data entry, and document preparation.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies; reorder as needed.
Security and Record Keeping
- Ensure the reception area is secure by following safety procedures and controlling access.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, and other relevant logs.
Operational Support
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate internal events or meetings.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
