Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage communication and ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters)
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Handle front desk operations and maintain office security procedures
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding the organization
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- Handle office supplies inventory and basic coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry)
