Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a polite manner

Answer phone calls and direct them to the concerned person

Maintain visitor records and handle appointments

Manage emails and basic office communication

Keep the reception area clean and organized

Assist with administrative tasks when required

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)

Presentable personality

Ability to handle calls and multitask
