Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, well-presented, and highly organised Receptionist cum HR Executive to manage front-office operations and support day-to-day HR activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to efficiently handle employees, candidates, students, parents, and visitors.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Office
  • Manage the reception and front desk professionally.
  • Welcome students, parents, candidates, guests, and visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls and route enquiries to the concerned team.
  • Manage visitor records, appointments, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain a professional and organised reception area.
  • Coordinate with counselling, operations, accounts, and management teams.
  • Handle basic administrative and office coordination activities.
HR Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
  • Post job openings and screen candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and basic employee records.
  • Prepare HR letters, documents, and employee files.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and internal HR activities.
  • Support management in day-to-day HR operations.
Candidate Profile
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Smart, confident, presentable, and professional personality.
  • Good command of Hindi and English.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic HR processes.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Positive attitude and people-management skills.
Qualification & Experience
  • Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, HR, Recruitment, or Administration.
  • Candidates with combined Front Office + HR experience will be preferred.
Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, HR knowledge, and overall personality.
