Description
We are looking for a pleasant and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for the office staff.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a related role (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
