We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Mumbai. We are seeking a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our spa team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the wellness or beauty industry. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
Receptionist (3 positions, female candidates preferred)
- 1 position at Day Spa: Salary range Rs.30,000 - Rs.35,000 per month
- 2 positions at Mumbai International Airport: Salary range Rs.20,000 - Rs.25,000 per month (will need to work in night shift)
The ideal candidates should possess:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A presentable demeanor
- Prior experience in the hotel or spa industry is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service, handle queries, and promote spa services and products.
2. Manage the reception area, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety and security.
3. Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
4. Process membership applications, payments, and sales transactions.
5. Maintain records, reports, and databases.
6. Collaborate with staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience as a receptionist in a spa or hotel.
2. Good communication skills in English.
3. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, internet).
4. Ability to work under pressure, handle conflict, and multitask.
5. Physically fit, well-groomed, and self-motivated.
6. Minimum HSLC qualification.
Additional Skills:
1. Sales experience.
2. Basic mathematical skills.
3. Ability to work shifts.

Shift Details:
Night shifts will be decided by management.
- Shift changes will occur every 15 days for airport staff.
