Managing client complaints or concerns with professionalism and tact.

Offering refreshments or reading materials while clients wait

Managing the salon's booking system or POS software.

Processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling cash or card transactions.

Keeping records of client visits and preferences.

Ordering and organizing supplies, if assigned.

Upselling products or services when appropriate.

Keeping track of retail inventory at the front desk.

Promoting packages, gift cards, or seasonal offers.

Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
