Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in our Trivandrum office. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling inquiries with professionalism and maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing schedules, providing clerical support, and assisting with front desk administrative tasks. The Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operational flow within our office.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle receptionist duties effectively
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and organization
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer Service experience with a focus on professional and positive interactions
  • Attention to detail, and proficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work in an on-site office environment and support team collaboration
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
