Role Overview
The Receptionist cum Admin Staff will manage front desk operations and provide administrative support, along with assisting the Study Abroad counselling team in student coordination and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and handle calls and walk-in enquiries
- Schedule counselling appointments and maintain student records/CRM
- Support counsellors with student follow-ups and documentation (SOP, LOR, transcripts, applications)
- Assist in tracking university applications and basic visa documentation coordination
- Maintain office supplies, records, and general administration tasks
- Coordinate seminars, student meetings, and office activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 13 years of receptionist/admin experience
- Experience or knowledge in Study Abroad counselling/consulting preferred
- Good communication skills and MS Office proficiency
- Organized, multitasking, and customer-focused attitude
