Role And Responsibilities
- Welcoming, assisting, and directing handlers and owners in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensuring that clients are promptly attended to and not kept waiting for more than 10 minutes at the reception.
- Answering all phone calls and providing necessary information to callers while encouraging them to schedule appointments.
- Classifying consultations as complete or on-going and ensuring follow-up appointments are booked with the appropriate veterinarian.
- Assessing the types of appointments and scheduling time slots accordingly.
- Ensuring that doctors receive all relevant messages and information.
- Maintaining a log of missed calls and following up with clients for their next appointments.
- Keeping a record of all received calls in a call history log.
- Placing confirmation calls to clients one day prior to their scheduled appointments.
- Handling cash deposits at the bank when required.
- Assisting in the role of a pharmacist on days when no pharmacist is available (training will be provided).
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in a similar role.
